Binn Group began with father and son, John and Allan MacGregor, on a hillside farm in Perthshire. They grew up with the habits that all farming families share: mend what you can, reuse what you have, and leave the land better than you found it.

Those instincts became a business. That business became a responsibility. And that responsibility grew into Scotland’s leading circular economy company.

As the business grew, the MacGregor family moved beyond waste management to rethink Scotland’s use of materials, energy and land. That vision became Binn EcoPark — a 400-hectare hub for resource transformation, clean energy and circular innovation.
